Individual Consultations
We can suggest consultation topics but ultimately you decide what advice and information you need during our meeting(s).
(We charge a flat rate of $125 per meeting, a maximum of two hours -- so far we have had no consultations that surpassed the two hour mark!)

Process Consultations
These consultations are created specifically for clients who are working with their own lender, bank, or broker but would like to have a guardian angel or a helping hand through the process of buying their home or investment property. We are here to help you one step at a time, from beginning to end, with multiple consultations. This package includes four consultations -- the list below are suggestions of consultation topics but you decide what you would like to focus on during our meetings :
- Customized Explanation of What to Expect from the Loan Process & Mortgage Programs
- Proofreading & Explanation of Good Faith Estimate, Loan Application, and Other Disclosures
- Lender Document Analysis & Detailed Explanation
- Explanation of What to Expect at the Signing of Documents, at Closing, and after Closing
- Your personal consultant is available via email for any questions outside of meetings

Proofread the Good Faith Estimate and Other Disclosures
In the case your mortgage consultant or bank did not explain the details of your fees and disclosures, we will. We examine every line -- the title fees, the broker fees, the lender fees, the third party fees to inform you of what is underestimated, what is overestimated, and what is about right on their fee sheet. This way you won't be surprised in the end and you'll know exactly what you are signing.
Bonus: We will also identify parts and fees, even "blank" fees, of the good faith estimate and other disclosures where it appears you may have to be careful.
Customized Loan Process Explanation
Every individual's mortgage process will be unique and in most cases the upcoming process is unexplained and unknown until the entire experience is over -- that includes the headaches and the roadbumps. We listen to your financial situation and once we are ready to meet in person we will explain to you what to expect during the process including what documents you will most likely be asked for, how long the process will take, and more.

During this mortgage crisis there has been media spotlight on the fact that some lenders, brokers, and banks did not fully disclose certain details of certain mortgage programs in order to sway homeowners towards loans that pay them more compensation.
