(aka loan application) A document completed by the borrower to apply for a loan.
1031 Exchange
(aka like-kind exchange) A transfer where an individual may take the proceeds from the sale of his or her property and transfer said amount into another real estate investment of the same monetary value in order to avoid capital gains taxes. 1040 Federal Tax Return
The simplest form to complete to file annual tax returns. The taxpayer can only use this form if s/he earns an annual income of less than $50,000 and has an annual interest earnings less than $400.
1065 Federal Tax Return
The tax form used by partnerships to report annual income.
1099-DIV
A statement received from the broker or company whose stock the taxpayer owns. This statement reflects the dividends and earnings received throughout the year.
1099-INT
A statement received from payer reflecting the interest the taxpayer earned throughout the year. |
