We're Green : Spreading the Word

Public seminars and spreading the word is one of the best ways to get a cause out in public. The goal to preserve our Earth, reduce our energy usage, and fight global warming has been in the public's eye more and more often in recent years.

Our way of spreading the word?

Our seminars' main objectives is to inform and educate our clients and attendees about all the options mortgages give them and all the opportunities real estate offers them. Without interrupting the seminar's goal of teaching the audience we also incorporate green practices, green advice, and green tips for every day practice in hopes that more people will join the cause.

After years of forging strong relationships with Realtors, contractors, and lenders with a strong green support, we are proud to announce that the first steps towards finding, buying, and rehabilitating older homes with greener amenities is underway! This is in hopes that one day we will be able to build much-needed homes and eventually developments, that are already green, already energy efficient, and are still affordable to the everyday environmentally-conscious person striving to buy a home.
