Simpluxe Financial found its beginnings in June 2006 when the first ideas and the first plans were put into motion. Our green mortgage company was created to break industry standards and restore the trust that has been lost in the mortgage service over the years. So it is through our pledge to provide clients with stellar service and simpler processes, and do what we do best, matching mortgages and your needs, that we opened our doors in 2007.

Ellen grew up in the city of Orange in Southern California, where her interest in real estate began. After moving to Northern California to attend U.C. Berkeley, her studies further inspired her growing passion. Upon graduating, she began her career in real estate finance by working at Creative Funding, a medium-sized mortgage company in the Bay Area. There she became proficient with the processes and art of residential mortgages and also became involved in commercial, apartment, and condominium conversion projects. Soon enough she had learned the ropes of financing homes and real estate investments for her clients all around Northern and Southern California.

It was soon thereafter Ellen realized something so basic she was amazed that she hadn't thought to do such a thing before. Honest, ethical, and luxe mortgage

companies where clients are first priority were rare to find, and she knew that providing this level of first-class service was her niche. There are premier real estate companies but no luxe mortgage companies--this is what she intended to create. Simpluxe is now her pride and joy--combining ethical, standard-breaking mortgage services with unparalleled and dedicated one-on-one attention.
