Step 1 : Organize and Prepare Your Documents
(This step takes an estimated 1-3 days)

We can always qualify you based on your loan application and credit report. However by providing us with your complete loan application and the requested documents, you will be saving time and even more importantly the process will be smoother in the long run. To help you organize your paperwork here is a list of basic documents your loan consultant will need in order to fully process your application :

• Loan Application : Complete and sign the loan application (aka 1003), credit authorization form, and fair lending form. You can find these forms in our Forms section in the case you want to download and print it from home.
• Income Documentation : If you are salaried please provide 30 days worth of pay stubs and two years' worth of tax returns. If you are self-employed, please provide two years' worth of tax returns.
• Asset Documentation : Please provide two months' worth of bank statements for all accounts being used towards paying your down payment and closing costs.
• Current mortgage statement and mortgage note (only required if refinancing)
