Step 3 : We Shop Your Loan, You Choose Your Loan, We Apply for Your Loan
(This step takes an estimated 3-5 days)

The time it takes for you to find the right property could be as little as a few days or as long as a few months. But once you and your family find the right one a quick three step process follows :

  1. We shop the loan with our wholesale lenders. By knowing your financial information already we can properly shop your loan to provide you with the best mortgage options. This process takes an estimated 2-3 business days. You will receive a breakdown of your loan options and interest rates via email, fax, mail, or in person, depending on your preference. The mortgage breakdown you receive will also be available to you on your online account to view at your convenience wherever you may have an internet connection.

  2. You choose which option is best for you and your family. Make sure to weigh the entire situation -- the pros and cons of each loan option. Make sure to understand the loan program you choose, how it works, and the monthly payments that lie ahead. If you have any questions whatsoever ask your consultant for a more detailed explanation.   3. We submit your loan to our wholesale lender. This depends on who you are working with during the loan process. If you are working directly with a lender your application will be submitted directly to them. If you are working with a bank, your application will be submitted directly to the bank. If you are working with a mortgage broker your application will be submitted directly to a wholesale lender as mentioned above, and which would be the case working with us. We submit your loan with the completed loan application, documents, and other necessary paperwork to our wholesale lender connection so that we may work on obtaining a loan approval and continue the process of making you a property owner.
